I know, we all love a good productivity hack (myself included!), but unless you’re working a clearly-defined job, productivity strategies simply won’t cut it. Here is what it actually takes to be productive and show up consistently in your business:

You can’t be productive without being organized. Building and running your business involves dealing with A LOT of information and you can’t be efficient if you’re constantly having to search through a scattered mess.
FOCUSED ACTION
Productivity is NOT about checking off To-Dos. It’s about being crystal-clear on what to focus on next in order to really move the needle, while using streamlined workflows to avoid unnecessary work that’ll just waste your time and energy.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
You could spend 20 minutes or a day on the same task, because it’s about energy not time management. To truly be productive, we need to figure out how YOU work best — and we do that by looking at your Human Design.
And once we combine all 3 in a custom digital workspace, MAGIC happens!
What we do in Productive by Design (no spells required!)
In short: We create a custom digital workspace for your business, that is aligned with your unique Human Design
We start off by essentially mapping out your brain (how you view and think of your business), and then put the puzzle pieces together bit by bit. In practice, during our calls, you’ll decide what part of your workspace you want to focus on, I’ll ask you a bunch of questions, and I’ll build things out for you in real time, based on your feedback. That includes taking into account how you work best, any relevant Human Design insights, and any workflows to streamline your processes and make sure you don’t waste time and energy on repetitive tasks.
Common parts of a workspace include a social media hub, a client management system, a section for finances, a system to manage your tasks (not a To-Do list!), a page for your offers, and a knowledge base for all your courses and certifications. Though we can create anything you like, whether it be something very niche-specific (like a film pipeline or chakra tracker), or something fun (like a manifestation board or cycle synching section).
FOR EXAMPLE: say you’re working on showing up more consistently on social media and want a Social Media Hub. This is what our session might look like:
1. I’ll ask you a bunch of questions like: what your current content creation process is, your content strategy, what is and isn’t working, what you want to see when you open the Social Media Hub, etc. Based on your answers, I’ll start building your Social Media Hub in real time and adjusting things based on your feedback as we go.
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers, I’ll give you ideas and examples of what we could do, and you’ll pick what you think fits you best
2. Next, we’ll identify any workflows we can create to make your life easier. For example, we might create a template for your posts that automatically includes all your CTAs, so anytime you create a new Reel, you’ll just pick your CTA from that list instead of writing it from scratch or having to look for it elsewhere.
3. We’ll also take your Human Design chart into account. For example, say you’re a 3/5 Sacral Generator with undefined Crown and Ajna centers, and with gate 62.
What this means: As a Generator, you’re meant to embrace whatever sparks excitement and your strategy is to respond, rather than to initiate things. Having an undefined Crown and Ajna means it’ll probably be difficult for you to just sit down and come up with a great content idea from looking at a blank screen. A 3/5 profile is all about learning through trial-and-error and challenging the status quo with your own innovative ideas. Gate 62 (Gate of Details) revolves around details, facts and logic.
How it might translate into your workspace: An Idea Bank for your own ideas as well as outside sources of inspiration, so that next time you don’t know what to post, you can just open this page and find the perfect idea for your next post (i.e. whatever sparks that Sacral ‘yes’ response). On top of that, a widget on your phone linked to your Idea Bank makes recording any idea, inspiration or lessons-learned (with all its details!) effortless and just 1 click away (no more scattered phone notes, screenshots you’ll never find again, or yet another saved post in a folder you’ll never actually look at)
4. As you use your new Social Media Hub, you’ll notice which parts work well for you and which need some more work or changing. As these come up, we’ll continue modifying your workspace until it is exactly what you need to make content creation as efficient and effortless as possible (and you don’t need to wait until our next call for these changes, you can just message me anytime and I’ll quickly take care of them for you).

If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive an email with the contract and invoice, and once I get them back, you’ll receive your Welcome email, including access to your very own Client Portal.
The entire process is usually done within a day and you can get started with your first session the following week!

Then it’s the perfect time for us to get started! The program is intentionally set up in such a way that everything we do directly contributes to your business (no cute worksheets that you’ll never look at again!), so we’ll make your life easier and more efficient from day 1!
In terms of the actual sessions, calls are approximately 60 minutes and it’s up to you when you want to schedule them (you could literally cram 3 months of sessions into a 3-week period).
Aside from that, there is no “homework” or extra work, you’ll just work on your business as you usually would (but more efficiently!), whether that means full-time or 2 hours on weekends.

During the sessions, I’ll build your workspace out for you in real time, with the goal of it being as simple and intuitive as possible. You’ll also be able to test things out for yourself and ask any questions you have.
Outside of our sessions, you can always message me your questions (or modification requests). For example, if you don’t remember how to do something, I’ll just send you a quick video walkthrough to clear up any doubts right away.

The digital workspaces are built in Notion, an all-in-one platform that replaces a lot of other apps, including Google Drive, Airtable, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Dropbox, ClickUp, Todoist…
You can think of it as a blank (digital) canvas that basically allows you to create whatever you wish — whether that be a simply grocery list, managing your studies, or running an entire business on it. Examples of companies that use Notion include: Adobe, Toyota, headspace, Typeform, Capgemini, Duolingo, Blinkist and many more.
And nope, no need to already be familiar with it (most of my clients weren’t when we got started).

I wish, because it would be a GREAT passive income offer. Here’s why I don’t:
Notion is meant to be an all-in-one workspace, but that does not mean downloading a bunch of disconnected templates just because they look cute or work for the YouTuber that created them.
There’s a huge difference between a generic template versus having a workspace built for your specific business, in a way that feels intuitive to how your brain thinks and works, and that is aligned with your unique Human Design. It’s like trying to force yourself into popular productivity techniques, just to find that they don’t quite work for you.
Creating a workspace that is a reflection of you and how you work best is where the magic is at!
